Mom news. . .
My mom has been in the hospital all week. She has had over a dozen tests, telling us not very much. We know pretty much what we knew last Sunday night. There is about a 97% chance that she has pancreatic cancer. She has been in considerable pain. However, she now has pain medications, instructions on how to eat, and medication for the ulcer that the tumor created, so the doc let her out. The future isn't good.

But right now she is at home, sitting in her chair, her arm around her purring cat, peacefully asleep. Tomorrow is another day, but today . . . is just fine.
