Oops...
 Well, yeah, that IS the water splashing up as I drive slowly across the very flooded section of road. We have flood warnings all over on most of the smaller roads, yet this is Hwy 116, not a freeway, mind you, but a major thoroughfare none the less. Glub glub glub..... |
