Only on the Left Coast
On the way to work, I was listening to the local PBS station. They are in the middle of the latest fund drive. One of the items you are rewarded, for signing up and sending in cash, is a Leatherman type of "multi-tool". Now these are a pretty neat tool to have - a screwdriver, knife, saw, a small socket wrench with assorted sockets, etc. all attached in one item and carefully encased in a black nylon case.
In mid-description of this utensil the commentator stopped. He then said, "I have to correct my earlier description of one of the tools - it is NOT a skinning knife. I was mistaken, it is for peeling fruit. Those of you emailing us about giving away a tool with which you can kill and skin animals, can stop now. That is not the tool's purpose!"

Lordy. I almost ran off the road.
